The film Cocktail 2 has concluded its opening weekend with notable box office results. By the close of its inaugural weekend, Cocktail 2’s net earnings in India stood at Rs 47.50 crore, while its overseas earnings were recorded at Rs 19.25 crore, bringing its global total gross figures to Rs 76.25 crore.

Audience Reception and Show Availability

On Sunday, the film was screened across 10,462 shows, achieving an occupancy rate of 29 per cent. The National Capital Region led in showings with 1,170 screens, followed by Mumbai at 711 and Ahmedabad with 582 shows. This high show count indicates a strong viewer interest despite the competitive landscape.

Cocktail 2 managed to maintain its momentum in spite of competition from the film Main Vaapas Aaunga, directed by Imtiaz Ali. This competing film, featuring Diljit Dosanjh, Sharvari, and Vedang Raina, earned Rs 5.75 crore on its tenth day, bringing its total India nett collection to Rs 24.25 crore and gross collection to Rs 40.75 crore, with a global total of Rs 11.7 crore.
