The judicial remand for Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary, the accused in the Ketan Agarwal murder case, has been extended by 14 days. Advocate Radhikesh Uttarwar, representing Chetan Chaudhary, revealed that the court partially accepted their request for the preservation and presentation of CCTV footage. This footage pertains to the entry, exit, and lobby areas of the Pune Rural SP’s office. The court has mandated that this evidence be submitted within 15 days, corroborating claims about Chaudhary’s presence before the filing of the FIR.

Uttarwar also mentioned that the Investigating Officer acknowledged Chetan’s arrival at the SP’s office prior to the official registration of the case. This development is anticipated to play a critical role in the ongoing legal proceedings.
