The CSR Journal Magazine

The anticipated announcement of the ICSE Result 2026 and ISC Result 2026 is likely to take place within the week. The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has indicated that the results for both Class 10 and Class 12 examinations may be released by the end of April. Students across the nation are eagerly awaiting the official confirmation regarding the results.

Following the declaration of the results, students will be able to access their scorecards online through the official platforms, cisce.org and results.cisce.org. It is essential for students and parents alike to stay updated with the information disseminated by the council to ensure they have the correct guidance on when to check for results.

As of now, CISCE officials have not finalised the specific dates or times for the release of the results. However, updates are expected to be provided soon via the council’s official communication channels. Students are encouraged to maintain their login credentials as they will facilitate the results check once they are officially declared.

Exam Dates and Student Participation

The ICSE examinations for Class 10 were conducted from February 17 to March 30, 2026, while the ISC examinations for Class 12 took place between February 12 and April 6, 2026. Statistically, approximately 2.6 lakh students participated in the ICSE board exams, whereas about 1.5 lakh candidates sat for the ISC examinations. The volume of students this year underscores the significant academic engagement across the board.

Historically, CISCE has typically announced results between late April and mid-May. Trends from previous years suggest that the outcome this year may also be revealed before the onset of May. Recent patterns indicate a consistent schedule for result announcements, making it imperative for students to stay alert.

Students are reminded that previous results have indicated considerable performances, with the ICSE Class 10 pass percentage recorded at 99.35 per cent and the ISC Class 12 pass percentage at 99.34 per cent in the last academic year. The strong performance from 2025 has led to heightened expectations for a similar outcome in 2026.

Accessing the Results Online

Once the results are declared, students can conveniently check their scores on the official websites: cisce.org and results.cisce.org. To ensure a seamless process, it is advisable for students to have their Unique ID (UID) and Index Number prepared ahead of time. These identifiers will be crucial for logging into the results portal once the examination outcomes are published.

The discontinuation of compartment exams has made it possible for students to apply for re-evaluation and improvement examinations in up to two subjects within the same academic year. This change aims to support student progression and success in their academic journeys.

As the week unfolds, the anticipation surrounding the ICSE Class 10 Result 2026 and ISC Class 12 Result 2026 builds, with indications from CISCE suggesting that the announcements could happen imminently. Students and parents are urged to remain vigilant for any updates that may emerge, paving the way for the conclusion of their wait.
