Infosys Names Ashiss Kumar Dash as Next CEO From April 2027

Infosys has announced the appointment of Ashiss Kumar Dash as its next chief executive officer, marking a significant transition for the prominent Indian IT services firm. With Dash set to officially take on the role of Managing Director and CEO on April 1, 2027, he will succeed Salil Parekh, who has completed over nine years in this position. Until the transition occurs, Parekh will continue to manage the company and collaborate closely with Dash for a seamless handover of responsibilities.

Dash has dedicated over three decades to Infosys, where he has held various positions across customer engagement, business delivery, and global operations. His extensive experience within the organisation is a primary factor contributing to the board’s confidence in his ability to lead Infosys into its forthcoming developments. Currently, he holds the title of Executive Vice President and Global Head of Services, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes multiple industry verticals.
