Eyewitnesses noted that he listened attentively to their grievances and appealed for calm amid the escalating situation.

Following the discussions, Arun assured the students that their concerns would be relayed to the education authorities. He then accompanied the students back to the school premises, seeking to alleviate their worries about their academic future. His involvement underscores the government’s recognition of the ongoing concerns regarding educator shortages in the region.
