In a surprising turn of events, the tech employee was later contacted individually and presented with a remote role promising Rs 25,000 per month. This salary is an increase from their previous earnings of Rs 23,000. However, the new position comes with significantly expanded duties, including complete responsibility for both full-stack and mobile development tasks, should projects emerge. The tech employee expressed concern about the substantial workload associated with the revised role for the offered salary.

The individual conveyed that they had reservations regarding the feasibility of managing the new responsibilities single-handedly, particularly for the proposed compensation. Nonetheless, citing the challenging job market and their limited experience of eight months in full-stack development, they ultimately agreed to the arrangement for the time being, even without receiving a formal revised offer letter.

The tech employee subsequently sought advice from online communities regarding their next steps. Responses ranged from cautionary to supportive, with multiple users offering suggestions on how to navigate the situation effectively.
