The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has issued a new advisory regarding the increasing threat posed by online scams targeting job seekers in India. According to the National Cybercrime Threat Analytics Unit (NCTAU) of I4C (Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre), many scams mimic authentic hiring processes. The cyber awareness alert stresses the risk associated with these interviews, indicating that they can be exploited by criminals to compromise the identities of unsuspecting candidates.
