NTA Releases CUET UG Admit Cards for Rescheduled Examination

The CSR Journal Magazine

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the admit cards for candidates who will sit for the rescheduled Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduates (CUET UG) in 2026. This action follows a technical issue that took place during the Shift-I examination on May 30, 2026. As a result of these complications, the examination dates were adjusted, now set for June 6 and 7, 2026.

This decision aims to accommodate those students who experienced disruptions during the initial examination attempt. The NTA has opted to reschedule rather than cancel the affected candidates’ attempts, providing them with an opportunity to retake the test in early June.

In line with a public notification issued on May 27, 2026, regarding admit cards for candidates slated to appear on May 31 and June 6 to 7, the NTA reconfirmed the new dates for the examinations affected by the earlier glitch.

Process to Download the Admit Card

Candidates are instructed to follow a series of steps to access and download their CUET UG 2026 admit cards from the official website. The first step involves visiting the designated site at cuet.nta.nic.in. Once on the homepage, candidates should find and click the link labelled ‘CUET (UG) admit card’ to proceed further.

A new page will then emerge, prompting candidates to input their necessary details. After entering the required information, they must click on the submit button. Their CUET UG 2026 admit card will subsequently appear on the screen.

Upon reviewing the details on the admit card, candidates should download it and print a copy for their records. This printed version will serve as essential documentation for the examination days.

Guidelines for Verification and Support

It is crucial for candidates to meticulously verify all the information presented on their admit cards. Any discrepancies noted should prompt immediate communication with the support desk or relevant authorities to resolve any issues swiftly.

Moreover, candidates who encounter difficulties while attempting to download their admit cards are encouraged to reach out for assistance without delay. Prompt action will aid in ensuring a smooth examination experience.

The NTA’s commitment to facilitating the examination process continues to be evident, as they work to address any concerns raised by candidates. The agency urges all affected individuals to prepare adequately for the examinations scheduled for June 6 and 7, 2026.
