Naked, Smoking JPMorgan Executive’s Threesome Invite: Former Banker’s New Allegations

The CSR Journal Magazine

Chirayu Rana, a former banker, has relodged a lawsuit against JPMorgan executive Lorna Hajdini, bringing forth sensational new allegations. This legal action has heightened interest in the ongoing “sex slave” case involving the bank. Rana, who is 35 years old, claims that Hajdini, aged 37, sexually assaulted him, racially abused him, and drugged him during incidents that allegedly occurred in 2024.

The lawsuit was initially withdrawn for what Rana described as “corrections” but resurfaced in Manhattan Supreme Court on May 6, 2026, complete with statements from two anonymous witnesses corroborating his claims. According to reports, these statements include details of a disturbing incident allegedly involving a threesome invitation.

Rana’s allegations have not only taken a sensational turn but have also reignited inquiries into the bank’s internal policies regarding misconduct. His legal representatives argue that the claims warrant serious attention, given the gravity of the accusations made against a high-ranking executive.

Witness Statements Detailing Allegations

Two anonymous witnesses have provided statements that reportedly describe troubling encounters involving Hajdini and Rana. One witness recounted an incident where he was staying in an apartment with Rana when he was awakened by the sound of a woman. Allegedly, Hajdini, entirely naked, entered the room, lit a cigarette, and invited the witness to join them in the bedroom. The witness claimed he refused multiple times and reported hearing Rana pleading for Hajdini to stop.

The second anonymous witness mentioned that Rana previously expressed concerns about a woman at work making his life difficult. This witness claimed to have seen Hajdini engage in physical contact with Rana, specifically kissing his neck, while Rana appeared uncomfortable. Such testimonies add another layer of complexity to the case, raising questions about the nature of their interactions and the surrounding work environment.

The revised lawsuit also includes an affidavit from Rana detailing his mental health struggles, stating that he was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in October 2024 as a result of the alleged incidents. His counsellor has confirmed that Rana is receiving ongoing treatment, which serves to support his claims from a psychological perspective.

Responses from JPMorgan and Legal Representatives

In light of the serious allegations, both JPMorgan Chase and Hajdini have strongly denied the claims made by Rana. The bank stated that their internal investigation yielded no evidence to support the allegations. A spokesperson indicated that numerous employees cooperated with this investigation, whereas Rana declined to provide details that could substantiate his claims.

Hajdini’s legal counsel has maintained that she categorically denies all allegations. They assert that she never had any romantic or sexual involvement with Rana and that the claims are completely unfounded. This denial crucially impacts the manner in which the case will be perceived and scrutinised in the public eye.

Moreover, reports by the New York Post revealed additional controversies surrounding Rana, including allegations that he misled the bank regarding his father’s death to obtain time off for preparing the lawsuit. It has also been reported that he sought legal advice from a chatbot on issues related to sexual assault, adding further dimensions to the ongoing scrutiny of his claims.
