The total rental value for the three-year lease is set at Rs. 1.17 crore, as evidenced by property registration documents. This rental transaction was officially recorded in March 2026.

According to details from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, the apartment, situated in the Vida building, has a starting monthly rent of Rs. 3.10 lakh. The lease, which extends over 36 months, includes a 5% annual escalation clause. Consequently, the rent will rise to approximately Rs. 3.25 lakh in the second year and increase further in the final year, aggregating to the total rental value of Rs. 1.17 crore for the duration of the lease. The agreement also stipulates a security deposit of Rs. 20 lakh, alongside stamp duty of Rs. 30,819 and registration fees amounting to Rs. 1,000.
