Shadab, the individual in the superhero attire, reportedly felt compelled to intervene as he observed that local civic authorities had not responded promptly to the flooding crisis. He took it upon himself to manage the situation, believing that immediate action was necessary.

In an interview with the news agency ANI, Shadab expressed his concerns regarding the lack of municipal assistance. “I noticed that the municipal authorities hadn’t come here to address the issue of accumulated water,” he stated, explaining his motivations for taking direct action during the emergency.

“Inspired by how Spider-Man helps people and saves lives in the movies, I decided to do the same in real life, helping others and clearing away the stagnant water,” stated Shadab.
