Flipkart has officially declared its upcoming Freedom Sale, which is set to commence on August 8, ahead of India’s Independence Day. The e-commerce platform is generating excitement among consumers, particularly Apple enthusiasts, by revealing anticipated prices for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. Additionally, Flipkart Plus and Flipkart Black members will enjoy early access, starting August 7.

Among the highlights of the sale, the iPhone 17 Pro will be available for Rs 1,26,900, representing a flat reduction of Rs 8,000 from its original price of Rs 1,34,900. This discount does not necessitate any bank offers to be claimed. Users who possess eligible bank cards can further avail themselves of additional savings.

For those using SBI Bank credit cards or the Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card, an instant discount of Rs 5,000 is available, potentially lowering the effective price to Rs 1,21,900. Moreover, a 5 per cent cashback offer, approximately amounting to Rs 4,000, will also be in effect during the sale.

Additional Offers for iPhone 17 Pro

Flipkart has outlined other benefits as part of their promotion for the iPhone 17 Pro. Customers using various bank credit cards can still acquire the phone for Rs 1,26,900. Furthermore, buyers using SBI, ICICI Bank, or Axis Bank credit cards may receive an extra Rs 6,000 discount. Those opting for EMI payment options can enjoy an additional Rs 4,000 benefit, according to the information shared by Flipkart.

It is advisable for potential buyers to note that Flipkart has frequently presented its most competitive prices for limited durations during sale events. Therefore, for those intent on securing a deal, early exploration once the sale is live may be prudent.

Discounts on iPhone 17 Pro Max and Other Models

Similar discounts are also being made available for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Originally priced at Rs 1,49,900, this model will reportedly receive an Rs 8,000 reduction in price, resulting in a sale price of Rs 1,41,900. For those using eligible SBI or Flipkart Axis Bank credit cards, the effective price can potentially decrease to Rs 1,32,900, making it even more attractive compared to its initial launch price.

Beyond the latest Pro models, Flipkart is set to announce additional offers on other iPhones. The iPhone 15 is predicted to be available at an effective cost of Rs 55,900, down from its current market price of Rs 59,900. In addition, the iPhone 16 Plus is expected to be priced at Rs 75,900, down from Rs 79,900.

As of now, Flipkart has yet to disclose offer details for the standard iPhone 17, iPhone 17e, iPhone 16, or iPhone 13. However, prior teaser pages hinted that the iPhone 17 might be available for less than Rs 80,000 during the Freedom Sale, indicating that more promotions may soon be unveiled as the event approaches.
