The narrative centres around Maaran, a compassionate physician who charges only a nominal fee for his services while secretly functioning as a vigilante magician who aims to expose corruption and malpractice within the medical sector. As the story unfolds, the character’s past comes to light following his arrest, The film showcases an impressive ensemble cast, which includes notable actors such as Samantha Ruth Prabhu, SJ Suryah, Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menen, and Vadivelu.

This film marked Vijay’s second collaboration with director Atlee after their successful project Theri, further strengthening their partnership, which later also produced the film Bigil.
