Air India Crew Member Calls Out Passengers for Leaving Trash on Flights

An Air India flight attendant has brought attention to the issue of passenger waste on aircraft by posting a video showing the aftermath of a flight. The incident was shared by Vanshika Kataria on Instagram, illustrating wrappers, tissues, and other debris strewn across the floor between passenger seats after the plane landed. In a comment she posted, she urged, “Just a small request to all passengers: if you have wrappers, cups, tissues, or any waste, please keep it together and hand it over during the trash clearance round.”

Furthermore, she acknowledged the often invisible efforts of the cleaning crews, who must operate under considerable time constraints to prepare the aircraft for subsequent flights. “Our cleaning staff get very little time to prepare the aircraft for the next flight, and they work incredibly hard. A little effort from all of us can make their job much easier,” she wrote.
