35-Year-Old Man Killed in Delhi Bike-Car Collision

The victim, identified as Neeraj, was residing in NSA Colony, Vishwas Nagar. He was reportedly riding the bike with his wife, Sonam, and their two children when the collision occurred. Tragically, Neeraj was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital. His wife and children are currently receiving medical treatment for their injuries.

Authorities have released the names of the injured parties; Sonam, aged 35, and their children, who were also in the bike at the time of the accident. While specifics on their conditions have not been disclosed, medical personnel are focused on their recovery.

The deceased’s body is being held at the hospital mortuary, where it will undergo a post-mortem examination in accordance with legal procedures. This examination is crucial to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident.

Investigation and Legal Proceedings

Following the accident, the police initiated an investigation to understand the events leading to the collision. A case has reportedly been filed against the driver, Sachin Gulati, aged 45, who lives in Sector 31, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He was apprehended at the scene of the crash by local residents before being handed over to the authorities.
