Following reports of casualties and property damage within the last 24 hours, he ordered the prompt disbursement of compensation to those impacted.

A press release noted that the Chief Minister has taken serious cognisance of the damages reported across multiple districts in Uttar Pradesh. The adverse weather resulted in loss of life, livestock, and significant property damage, necessitating rapid governmental intervention.

To ensure swift action, Yogi Adityanath instructed district authorities to visit affected locations immediately and to generate updates on the situation every three hours.
