The Sikkim administration has announced the urgent relocation of families affected by a recent landslide that occurred at 11-Rimbi Timbrong GPU within the Yuksam Sub-Division of Gyalshing district. This directive was communicated through a press release issued on Saturday by the Office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Yuksam. In Singlitam village, located above Rimbi, several houses are also reportedly under threat. Residents note that two to three houses have already suffered damage from the advancing landslide.
