She was 22 years old at the time of her passing. Reports indicate that she was found deceased in her home around 7 pm while alone.

Though the precise circumstances surrounding her death remain unclear, the incident has sparked a wave of allegations from her friend and colleague, Indraxi Kanjilal. Indraxi claims that Ugale had been suffering from mental harassment at the hands of her co-star Ujjwal Sharma, who played her on-screen partner in Saajan Ghar.

Following Ugale’s death, Indraxi has publicly contested remarks made by Ujjwal regarding the actress’s emotional state, suggesting he lacked sufficient familiarity with her personal struggles. She expressed her dismay at his comments, which she asserts do not accurately represent Ugale’s experiences.

Allegations Against Ujjwal Sharma

Indraxi has accused Ujjwal Sharma of engaging in harmful behaviour towards Sanchita Ugale. She claims that Ujjwal had borrowed money from Ugale and displayed rude conduct when she requested repayment. Reportedly, he responded harshly and threatened physical violence, leaving Sanchita feeling humiliated.

Indraxi further alleges that Ujjwal used inappropriate language in their communications. She asserts that she possesses screenshots of their conversations, which contain derogatory remarks directed at Ugale. This claim has intensified discussions surrounding the circumstances leading up to Ugale’s tragic decision.

According to Indraxi, Sanchita had initially reported her grievances to supervisors within the production team, raising concerns over the alleged harassment. Nonetheless, Indraxi contends that Ugale eventually lost hope in any meaningful resolution and opted to leave the series as a result of the distress she experienced during her tenure on Saajan Ghar.
