Recent property registration documents reveal that their company, Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd, has purchased five office units situated on the second floor of the Yura Business Park in Andheri West, Mumbai.

Details of the Acquisition

The acquired office spaces boast a combined carpet area of over 3,400 square feet, with the total transaction value standing at approximately Rs. 15.05 crore. The official registration of the property deal took place on February 27, 2026. The documents indicate substantial stamp duty payments, exceeding Rs. 90 lakh.

This purchase also includes five designated parking spots and is part of an under-construction development, with possession anticipated by December 2027.

A Growing Commercial Landscape

The Yura Business Park is part of a larger commercial development linked to the Pecan–Transcon complex, which has attracted attention from various notable investors. The Deols’ recent investment follows a similar acquisition made by the Roshan family, who secured ten office units in the same complex in November 2025.

This earlier investment, involving Hrithik Roshan and his family, covered around 6,968 square feet on the third and fourth floors and was valued at approximately Rs. 28 crore.

The increasing involvement of individuals from the film industry in the Andheri West commercial property market underscores its growing appeal.
