French President Emmanuel Macron offered his congratulations on India’s milestone, while Russian President Vladimir Putin acknowledged the strong bilateral partnership and the collaborative efforts in various international platforms. In the United States, Secretary of State Marco Rubio acknowledged the perseverance of India and emphasised the strength of bilateral relations stemming from personal connections among leaders.
