Huma Qureshi’s Brother Stabbed to Death in Delhi Over Parking Dispute

Gangs of Wasseypur actor Huma Qureshi’s brother Asif Qureshi, 42 was brutally killed on Thursday late night in Delhi over trivial parking space argument. Police have arrested both the accused and also the weapon used has been seized.

This incident happened around 10 PM, when Qureshi asked the two accused to park their scooter somewhere else and not in front of his house’s main entrance, this led to an argument. Post argument, the duo left the spot but came back later.

One of the wives of Asif Qureshi Shaheen Asif Qureshi shared that around 9.30 pm, a neighbour parked his scooter in front of the main entrance and when Asif humbly asked him to remove the scooter, he started verbal spat, leading to argument and threat of coming back.

She further shares that that man along with his brother returned and stabbed Asif with a sharp weapon. She recalls, she screamed and called her brother-in-law, but by then Asif had lost a lot of blood and died.

“We rushed to National Heart Institute in East Kailash but by then we had lost him, doctors said he died an hour and half back,” she noted. As per Asif’s wife’s statement, the accused had earlier also tried killing her husband.

Father of Huma Qureshi expressed his shock over the death of his nephew and demanded action against the people involved. “The two men parked a scooter in front of the house. Asif asked them to move it aside and not block the entrance. They were two people and they killed my nephew” he said.

The two accused have been identified as Ujjwal (19) and Gautam (18). Asif Qureshi had a chicken business.
