Adobe Opens New Office in Noida, Expands India Presence

Adobe has officially inaugurated its new office in Noida, underscoring its commitment to expanding operations in India. This facility marks the company’s seventh office in the nation and its third establishment in Uttar Pradesh. Located in Sector 129, the campus will accommodate over 700 employees, focusing on engineering and customer support roles.

The establishment of this new office signifies a substantial investment in local talent, as Adobe seeks to strengthen its presence in the Indian market. The company has announced that its operations in India play a vital role in its global strategy.

Since commencing operations in India in 1997 as an engineering research and development centre, Adobe has grown its workforce to surpass 8,000 employees. This count makes India Adobe’s largest workforce outside the United States.

Innovative Design and Features of the New Campus

The new Noida office has been designed with a modern approach that emphasises collaboration and innovation. According to Adobe, the workspace features open areas and collaborative zones tailored for an AI-centric environment. The design aims to facilitate teamwork and encourage creativity among employees.

Swati Rustagi, who oversees Employee Experience at Adobe India, stated that the office is crafted to inspire employees by fostering interactions and teamwork. The layout of the campus is intended to attract various teams and enhance cooperative efforts.

Moreover, the office incorporates elements aimed at efficiency and sustainability, being IGBC Platinum-certified. This certification reflects Adobe’s commitment to creating an environmentally-friendly workplace, aligning with current trends in corporate responsibility.
