A Right To Information (RTI) activist was killed by unidentified gunmen in Punjab, as reported on Saturday. Simranjit Singh was attacked near Chaheru, situated on the Jalandhar–Ludhiana highway in the Kapurthala district, near Lovely Professional University (LPU).
