Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, will commence a series of student conventions across India, starting in Kota on June 17. According to KC Venugopal, Congress General Secretary (Organisation), subsequent events are scheduled to take place in Allahabad on July 10, Patna on July 11, and Delhi on July 14.
