Avtaar Singh, a 57-year-old volunteer and cook at the Gurdwara Guru Nanak Parkash in Tracy, California, was found deceased following his abduction earlier this month. Surveillance footage revealed a white SUV with three individuals dressed in dark clothing involved in the abduction, with Singh appearing to enter the vehicle unwillingly.
