The older sibling, Suraj, is believed to have recently received a new pair of shoes purchased online, prompting a confrontation with his 15-year-old brother Laxman, who expressed a desire to wear them first.

This seemingly minor disagreement escalated rapidly, transitioning from a verbal conflict into physical violence. Witnesses reported that the brothers engaged in a heated argument, which soon led to Suraj grabbing a pair of scissors from nearby and allegedly using it to stab Laxman multiple times.
