Preity Zinta Leases Luxury Pali Hill Apartment in Mumbai for Rs 6 Lakh a Month

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has reportedly signed a rental agreement for a luxury apartment located in the prestigious Pali Hill area of Bandra (West), Mumbai. This move is documented in property registration records obtained through CRE Matrix.

The lease is structured as a two-year leave-and-license agreement pertaining to a residential property within the Art Veda building, further enhancing the reputation of the locality as a preferred destination for prominent figures in the film industry.

Details of the Apartment and Lease Terms

The apartment in question covers an area of approximately 1,500 sq ft and includes a dedicated parking space of around 100 sq ft. The property has been leased from the MS Union Land and Building Society Ltd.

As per the lease agreement that became effective on May 27, 2026, Zinta is expected to pay a monthly licence fee of Rs 6 lakh for the initial year. This fee will rise to Rs 6.5 lakhs per month for the duration of the second year. Furthermore, the terms specify that a security deposit of Rs 27 lakhs has been remitted as part of this arrangement.

Despite inquiries, neither Preity Zinta nor the landlord has provided comments regarding the rental transaction. This information has drawn interest, given Zinta’s prominence as a Bollywood star.

The rental agreement coincides with a significant period in Preity Zinta’s professional career as she prepares for her return to cinema with the film “Batwara 1947.” This production is among the most awaited Hindi films set for release in 2026.
