Keeper Security Achieves Over USD 225 Million in Annual Recurring Revenue

The CSR Journal Magazine

Keeper Security has reported a major milestone, surpassing USD 225 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This achievement marks a significant point in its aim to establish itself as a leader in AI-driven identity security solutions. Since 2021, the company’s ARR has increased more than threefold, highlighting its rapid ascent in the cybersecurity industry.

The firm now provides protection for over 95,000 organisations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies and public sector entities. Its zero-trust and zero-knowledge security platform is quickly becoming the benchmark for AI-native identity security on a global scale. In 2025, Gartner, a leading analyst firm, recognised Keeper as the second-fastest-growing competitor in security software worldwide, trailing only Google, which further underscores its swift market expansion.

This growth trajectory positions Keeper at over four times the average rate seen within the industry. The surge in identity-related challenges linked to cloud transformation and artificial intelligence adoption has paved the way for Keeper’s innovative solutions.

Innovation Driving Rapid Expansion

Keeper Security’s ongoing success is attributed to the significant rise in identities associated with AI applications. The introduction of its unified privileged access management and identity security platform, KeeperPAM®, has been a pivotal factor in this growth. This platform safeguards both human and Non-Human Identities (NHIs), such as service accounts and machine identities. Since its rollout in February 2025, KeeperPAM has reportedly experienced tenfold year-over-year revenue growth.

The company has been adding approximately 850 new clients monthly, reflecting its strong market demand. Over the past fifteen months, Keeper has also launched more than 400 innovative features and products within its KeeperPAM framework, indicating a commitment to staying ahead in technology and customer needs.

Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder of Keeper Security, remarked on the evolving landscape, stating that identity has become a new security perimeter as organisations increasingly implement AI agents. He emphasized the necessity for a modern, unified platform that can manage all identities and supervise privileged interactions. The growth trajectory of Keeper illustrates the rising need for a system tailored to meet these demands.

Addressing Non-Human Identity Challenges

As the adoption of AI technologies accelerates, reports suggest that non-human identities are increasing at a rate of 150 to 1 compared to human identities, creating new vulnerabilities within enterprise systems. Keeper’s platform aids in establishing identity-first security frameworks that focus on visibility, governance, and least-privilege controls across various identity ecosystems.

Craig Lurey, CTO and Co-founder of Keeper Security, highlighted the urgent necessity for adequate governance and management of autonomous agents and machine-to-machine workflows within enterprise environments. He asserted that Keeper is tailored to address these challenges on a large scale, reinforcing the company’s innovative approach in the cybersecurity sector.

Keeper Security’s consistent growth and increasing recognition within the market reinforce its standing as one of the fastest-growing and most innovative providers in AI-native identity security. The firm operates with a robust financial profile characterised by strong growth and profitability, alongside a debt-free structure, positioning itself as a leading figure in identity security amidst the challenges of the AI era.
