In the United States, the pricing estimate for the iPhone 18 Pro ranges from $1,099 to $1,299, while the Pro Max variant may retail for between $1,299 and $1,499. There are conflicting reports regarding price adjustments; some suggest an increase of $200, while others indicate that Apple may absorb some production costs to maintain prices in line with the current generation.

Reasons Behind Potential Price Hike

The anticipated increase in the iPhone 18 Pro Max price appears to be driven by escalating production costs, notably due to the new A20 Pro chip being manufactured with TSMC’s advanced 2nm technology. This newer process is expected to incur higher costs compared to the 3nm technology used in the existing models.
