The CSR Journal Magazine

Gujarat Inject Kerala Ltd has confirmed an order valued at ₹14.49 crore from Deon Energy Ltd for the provision of 16,129 solar photovoltaic (PV) modules, each with a capacity of 620 Wp. This supply contract marks a significant step for the company as it expands its footprint in the renewable energy sector. The execution of this order is anticipated to take place in June 2026, further underlining the company’s commitment to meeting demand in the growing solar energy market.

Strategic Significance of the Order

This latest engagement joins a range of solar module orders that Gujarat Inject Kerala has secured in recent months. The company has previously collaborated with various clients, including Earthwave Technology, Perfect Renewtech, and Surja Infra. According to company representatives, the influx of these orders illustrates a rising demand for solar energy solutions, affirming the company’s focus on broadening its clean energy offerings.

Executive Director Deepak Diwan Bachwani emphasised that this order fortifies the company’s renewable energy division and enhances its execution pipeline. He indicated that the firm is strategically aiming to strengthen its role in the solar energy value chain as India progresses towards more sustainable energy sources.

As part of its strategy to solidify its position in the renewable sector, Gujarat Inject Kerala has received formal approval to change its name to Regenova Renewtech Ltd. This rebranding is aligned with the company’s transition toward a more focused approach in clean energy business operations, reflecting the evolving landscape of the Indian energy market.

Financial Performance

Financial reports for the fiscal year 2026 reveal that Gujarat Inject Kerala achieved a revenue from operations of ₹36.32 crore, a notable increase when compared to ₹19.05 crore in the previous financial year. The growth in revenue is associated with the company’s strategy to engage in the rapidly expanding renewable energy sector.

Additionally, net profit for the same financial year rose to ₹1.81 crore, up from ₹1.02 crore in FY25. This financial leap underscores the successful implementation of the company’s business strategies and its resilience in the competitive market landscape.

The upward trend in both revenue and net profit supports Gujarat Inject Kerala’s current initiatives and validates its operational decisions, positioning the company as a significant contributor in the renewable energy domain. The continued focus on solar technology is expected to yield further business opportunities, helping the company establish a robust presence in the clean energy community.
