One police personnel involved in the Bharat Tiwari encounter has been arrested, according to a statement from the Ara Superintendent of Police. The arrested individual has been identified as Akshay, with the announcement made on July 31. Ara SP, Raj, confirmed the arrest while speaking to ANI.
