Focus on Early Education and Nutritious Food

In her address, Minister Baby Rani Maurya underscored the Yogi government’s commitment to improving children’s nutritional status and offering quality early education.

She highlighted initiatives like the Hot Cooked Meal Yojana and regular Parent-Anganwadi Conferences, which aim to support children’s health and learning capabilities. The Minister stressed that early education and proper nutrition are crucial for the physical and mental development of children.

Inspection and Engagement with Parents

During the event, the Minister inspected the activities at the Ramchaura Anganwadi Centre and interacted with both the staff and parents. She emphasized the importance of seasonal and nutritious food in children’s diets and its role in boosting their overall development.

The Minister also listened to feedback and suggestions from the women and children present at the centre. As part of the celebrations, she participated in Annaprashan (first rice-eating) and baby shower ceremonies.

Innovative Parent-Child Engagement and Recognition

To further strengthen the Parent-Anganwadi relationship, new innovations were introduced by the Bal Vikas Evam Pushtahar Vibhag, in partnership with Rocket Learning. These initiatives were demonstrated during the event. The children’s activities, including songs and games, were met with enthusiasm. Fruits were distributed to all children, and three children were awarded Vidyarambh certificates, recognizing their progress.
