Hollywood actor Anne Hathaway has announced that she is expecting her third child with husband Adam Shulman, sharing the news with fans through a baby bump reveal on social media.

The Oscar-winning actor, 43, posted a video on Instagram on Friday, showing herself in a flowing white dress as Barbara Lewis’s song Baby I’m Yours played in the background. The couple, who married in 2012, are already parents to two sons.

In the video, Hathaway stepped into the frame and lowered her hands from her stomach to reveal her baby bump before smiling and running off-camera.

She captioned the post, “x Baby, I’m yours x.”

The announcement came days after the actor was photographed displaying her baby bump while on holiday.

Hathaway and Shulman are parents to Jonathan, 10, and Jack, 6.

Busy Film Slate Continues

The personal milestone comes at a time when Hathaway has several high-profile projects lined up.

She is set to appear next in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, which is scheduled for release on July 17.

This will be followed by Michael Showalter’s adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel Verity, which is slated to reach theatres on October 2.

Earlier this year, Hathaway starred in Mother Mary and reprised her role as Andy Sachs in The Devil Wears Prada 2, reuniting with original cast members Meryl Streep, Stanley Tucci and Emily Blunt.

Actor Says Family Life Is the ‘Fun Zone’

In an interview with Elle magazine last month, Hathaway spoke about life with Shulman and their two sons, describing home as the “fun zone”.

“We all love hanging out together… Adam and I are soaking it up. I’m having the most wonderful time with my family, living in the city of my dreams, and work seems to be going really, really well,” she said.

Beyond her upcoming releases, Hathaway also has several projects in development, including the science fiction thriller The End of Oak Street alongside Ewan McGregor, an adaptation of the bestselling novel Yesteryear, and The Princess Diaries 3.
