A troubling incident in Telangana has come to light, involving a woman allegedly plotting to murder her husband through staged means. A WhatsApp chat between the woman and her purported lover revealed alarming intentions, leading to a police complaint filed by the husband. The messages reportedly indicated a desire for her husband’s demise, suggesting he be killed in an accident.

The husband, Gade Rajeshwar Rao, who resides in Chilakodu village located in Mahabubabad district, has accused his wife, Bhavani, of having a romantic involvement with Saidulu, a courier delivery executive. According to Rao, the couple married in 2016 and has two children together.

Rao’s concerns escalated after an incident on July 27, when he returned home for lunch and allegedly discovered his wife in a compromising situation with another individual. This led to a panchayat meeting the following day with local elders to discuss the matter.

Husband Claims Danger Following Threats

The situation reportedly intensified on July 28, when Rao claimed that Saidulu followed him while he was travelling to a nearby village. Fearing for his safety, he managed to evade any confrontation. After returning home, he checked Bhavani’s mobile phone and allegedly found conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram that hinted at a murder plot against him.

The conversations allegedly featured Bhavani instructing Saidulu to kill her husband, with messages stating, “Kill my husband in an accident, or I’ll kill myself.” Rao claimed that these messages revealed a detailed plan, suggesting that the murder be executed outside their home to simulate a road accident.

In light of these findings, Rao took screenshots of the conversations and reported the matter to the local police. He filed a complaint at the Dornakal Police Station on August 1, voicing his fears for his life and requesting protection from possible harm.

Police Investigation Underway

Following his complaint, the police registered a Zero FIR and subsequently transferred the case to Khammam Rural Police Station for further examination. Rao later approached the police again when he felt that insufficient progress had been made, urging them to take immediate legal action regarding the allegations.

Khammam Rural Circle Inspector confirmed receipt of Rao’s complaint, indicating that a case would be registered and thoroughly investigated. The police are in the process of reviewing the alleged WhatsApp chats and verifying the claims made by Rao.

Statements from involved parties are being recorded as part of the ongoing investigation. Authorities have assured that further action will be taken once the preliminary inquiry has been completed. The investigation seeks to gather all necessary evidence and establish the veracity of the claims made in the complaint regarding the seriousness of the threats faced by the husband.
