The Delhi Municipal Corporation undertook a demolition operation on Sunday aimed at the property of an individual accused in a murder case from Uttam Nagar. Officials have confirmed that the action targeted the property associated with Nizamuddin, one of the alleged offenders in the incident.

The violent occurrence took place during the Holi festival on March 4, stemming from a dispute over a balloon. This disagreement escalated into a significant altercation, resulting in the alleged fatal beating of a young man. The situation quickly deteriorated, highlighting the potential for conflicts to arise during public celebrations.

Legal Actions and Ongoing Investigation

In connection with the murder, local law enforcement has arrested seven individuals, with one of those detained being a minor.
