The Darshana Singal Foundation (DSF), the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of Eastman Auto & Power Ltd., proudly announced the graduation of additional 38 women from its Chhatarpur Centre who have successfully completed the KALA SE KAAM TAK program, an initiative dedicated towards empowering women coming from marginalized backgrounds by providing them with vocational training and skill development opportunities enabling them to pursue a career in the beauty industry.
Beyond beauty training, the women are also trained for self-defense classes. These classes are designed to ensure the safety of the women in both their personal and professional lives. The program reflects DSF’s commitment to fostering both professional and personal growth for these women, giving them the tools to achieve independence and success in the beauty sector.
Meenakshi Jain, Program Director of the Darshana Singal Foundation, stated, “Empowering women with self-defense skills is essential to protect them from potential threats.
