Talent Is The Biggest Pain Point In The Development Sector: Ashish Dhawan, Central Square Foundation

Ashish Dhawan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Central Square Foundation. The organisation works to achieve transformational standards of excellence for the Indian school education system. Speaking to The CSR Journal, Dhawan expresses his views on the need of appropriate talent in the development sector. He believes, corporate firms through CSR funds should strive to improve talent in NGOs. With an affirmative outlook, he believes that ‘Not-for-Profit 2.0’ will emerge soon and it will be outcome-focussed with strong leadership, systems, processes and succession plans which were lacking in ‘Not-for-Profit 1.0’ version.
