The nanny’s departure is set for 4:30 pm, requiring the techie to assume childcare responsibilities until his wife’s return at approximately 7:30 pm.

Living abroad without nearby family assistance has heightened the couple’s responsibilities. The techie noted, “We live abroad, so we don’t have any help, like parents-in-law or any other relatives living nearby. It’s just the two of us taking care of the baby.” Faced with this challenge, he decided to candidly communicate his changed circumstances to his manager.
