The Gurugram district court has ruled to place accused Kalyan Bainsla and Lovneesh in police custody for two days in relation to a hit-and-run incident on Golf Course Road. Advocate Lalit Bindal, representing the accused, reported that they contested the police’s request for custody, claiming that sufficient time had already been given to the authorities to conduct their investigation. Despite the objections, the court decided to grant the police an additional two days for further inquiry.

After the ruling, both men were taken into custody directly from the Gurugram district court, where they appeared before Civil Judge Nidhi Beniwal. The court’s decision reflects the ongoing legal proceedings surrounding this serious incident.
