Pooja Dadlani, the manager of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, has made a notable investment in the Mumbai real estate market, acquiring three luxury sea-facing apartments for a collective price of Rs.38.21 crores. This transaction has drawn considerable attention in celebrity circles and among property enthusiasts.

The details of the acquisition were revealed through property registration documents obtained from CRE Matrix. The luxury apartments are situated in an upscale redevelopment project located on Carter Road, a prominent residential area of Mumbai known for high-value properties and its celebrity residents.

Ownership Structure and Apartment Details

The ownership of the three apartments has been allocated among Pooja Dadlani, her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani, and her father Mohan Seoram Dadlani, with each individual holding a separate title to one unit. These homes occupy one of the upper floors of a building referred to as Varun, which is being developed by Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited, a subsidiary of Lotus Developers.

Each apartment boasts a carpet area of 1,511.15 sq. ft. and a private balcony measuring 81.16 sq. ft. In total, the combined area of the three apartments amounts to approximately 4,776 sq. ft. The deal was officially recorded on April 21, 2026, and involved the payment of Rs.2.16 crore in stamp duty along with registration charges of Rs.90,000. The property is still under construction, with completion and possession anticipated by December 2028.

The transaction also entails six designated parking spaces, adding to the amenities provided to the new owners in this attractive location.

Dadlani is a recognised figure not only in the entertainment industry but among Shah Rukh Khan’s fans. She is frequently seen accompanying him at various public events and family gatherings, reinforcing her prominent position within his inner circle.
