Kerala High Court Questions CBFC and Producers on Certification of The Kerala Story 2

The CSR Journal Magazine

The Kerala High Court has issued a notice to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and the producers of The Kerala Story 2 – Goes Beyond. The petitioner has pointed out that while the teaser and trailer feature women from various states, they continue to label the narrative as The Kerala Story. This branding, according to Namboodiri, unfairly associates Kerala with issues of terrorism and forced conversions. He argues that such representations undermine the dignity of the state’s residents and potentially violate
