‘Avengers: Endgame’ to Re-Release on September 25 with ‘Encore’ Edition

Marvel Studios is set to re-release the film ‘Avengers: Endgame’ in theaters across India under the title ‘Avengers: Endgame: Encore.’ This re-release is scheduled for September 25, 2026, ahead of the anticipated release of ‘Avengers: Doomsday,’ which is planned for later this year.

The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer that prompts fans to “Reassemble the team & relive the experience.” The 1.36-minute trailer features updated color grading and alterations to some dialogue, while also showcasing real footage of audience reactions to key moments from the film’s original release.

‘Avengers: Endgame: Encore’ will be available in various formats, including IMAX and Infinity Vision, with advance bookings now open. The re-release will also present an exclusive preview of ‘Avengers: Doomsday,’ offering fans an early look at the upcoming film.

Originally released in 2019, ‘Avengers: Endgame’ follows the aftermath of Thanos’ snap, which obliterated half of all life in the universe. The remaining Avengers confront their losses and unite for a final effort to restore those who were lost. Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and produced by Kevin Feige, the film marked a significant conclusion to the Infinity Saga and became one of the largest cinematic events of its time.

The ‘Avengers: Endgame: Encore’ edition will be available in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
