CSR News: Foundation Hands Over Three More Homes Under the ‘Roof of Dreams’ Initiative

Experion Foundation is proud to announce the successful handover of three additional homes as part of its flagship housing initiative, Roof of Dreams. With this milestone, the total number of homes completed under the initiative has risen to five, each one representing a step closer to a life of safety  and hope for families in need.

Launched with the goal of providing secure and sustainable housing for underprivileged families nominated by Experion employees, Roof of Dreams reflects the organization’s unwavering commitment to empathy, inclusion, and meaningful social impact.

The latest handovers took place at Venjaramoodu, Penguzhi, and Murukkumpuzha over the last week, in the presence of the Experion Foundation team and the company’s co-founders. The event was marked by moments of joy and gratitude as the new homeowners received the keys to their future.

This handover marks the halfway point of the Foundation’s target for 2025 – to complete and hand over ten homes within the year. Each ceremony served as a moving reminder of what’s possible when collective compassion is transformed into action.

With every home built, Roof of Dreams continues to stand as a testament to the power of community, the spirit of giving, and the belief that everyone deserves a safe place to call home.

On this occasion, Suresh Panicker, Director at the Experion Foundation, said, “At Experion, we view this initiative as an essential contribution towards social upliftment. As an organization with the means to make a difference, we have a responsibility to ensure our business growth positively impacts the communities around us. Each home we hand over is a tangible step in that direction,  upon which families can rebuild their lives with dignity, security, and the hope of a better future.”
