Cosmo Foundation, the community outreach initiative of Cosmo First, organized a Blood Donation Drive on June 12, 2025 to commemorate World Blood Donors Day. The camp was held at Corporate One Baani Building, Jasola District Centre, New Delhi, in collaboration with Rotary Blood Bank. All donors were provided with refreshments and certificates in appreciation of their contribution.
The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 56 employees from Cosmo First, and companies such as Blue Star Ltd., Chegg and more. The voluntary blood donation initiative was aimed to inspire individuals to embrace the spirit of Seva (selfless service) and Sahyog (cooperation).
Speaking on the occasion/blood donation drive, Ms. Yamini Jaipuria, Managing Trustee, Cosmo Foundation, said, “Blood donation is one of the most meaningful ways we can give back to society. It is a simple act of kindness that holds the power to save lives. At Cosmo Foundation, we believe in fostering a culture of compassion and collective responsibility, and this drive is a reflection of that commitment.”
Cosmo First conducts this blood donation drive annually as part of its ongoing commitment to community welfare. In previous years, the Cosmo Foundation has further extended its support through impactful initiatives like distributing 4,000 blankets and meals to patients in various Delhi hospitals, including Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. Additionally, showcasing its dedication to environmental sustainability, the Foundation has planted over one lakh trees across India under its ‘Go Green Initiative.’
Cosmo Foundation’s commitment extends far beyond healthcare. The foundation has empowered over 68,000 rural children and youth through digital literacy, English communication, and life skills training. It has also supported rainwater harvesting projects in rural schools and provided livelihood opportunities to over 2,000 women. Operating across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, and Madhya Pradesh, Cosmo Foundation’s CSR initiatives have positively impacted over 7,50,000 lives. These efforts reflect the foundation’s deep-rooted dedication to advancing education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and environmental sustainability.
