The tech employee expressed concern about the substantial workload associated with the revised role for the offered salary.

The individual conveyed that they had reservations regarding the feasibility of managing the new responsibilities single-handedly, particularly for the proposed compensation. Nonetheless, citing the challenging job market and their limited experience of eight months in full-stack development, they ultimately agreed to the arrangement for the time being, even without receiving a formal revised offer letter.

The tech employee subsequently sought advice from online communities regarding their next steps. Responses ranged from cautionary to supportive, with multiple users offering suggestions on how to navigate the situation effectively.
