This information has been sourced from property registration documents analyzed by a real estate analytics firm. The transaction is part of a recent trend involving real estate activities linked to the Khan family.

Property Specifications

The office unit in question can be found within the Arc One building situated on Link Road. Covering an area of 1,559 square feet, the property also comes with three designated car parking spaces. The buyer has been identified as Bilkish Associates Private Limited, a company specializing in debt resolution and sales support services for the banking and financial sector, as per the details available on its official website.

Transaction Completion and Fees

According to registration records, the sale was officially finalized on March 27, 2026. The transaction included a payment of Rs 35.40 lakhs in stamp duty, along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

This sale follows another significant property transaction within the Khan family. In October 2025, Arpita Khan Sharma, Sohail Khan’s sister, sold a luxury apartment in Khar for Rs 22 crores.
