Jharkhand Minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey Celebrates Raksha Bandhan with Karnataka CM D.K. Shivakumar

Shilpi Neha Tirkey, the Minister of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Cooperation from Jharkhand, celebrated the festival of Raksha Bandhan by tying a rakhi to Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar. Simultaneously, Minister Tirkey extended her Raksha Bandhan greetings to Karnataka’s Home Minister Priyank Kharge during her visit.
