The individual detailed his experience in a post on a popular online forum, stating that he mistakenly booked a ride to Terminal 3 (T3) instead of Terminal 2 (T2). After arriving at T3, he received directions from personnel of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) to walk to T2 via the ground floor.
