Entod Bus Donation

ENTOD Pharmaceuticals, as part its CSR activity in association with Rotary Club of Bombay Seacoast has taken another significant step towards empowering education in remote areas by donating a school bus to an army-run school for children with special needs in Drugmulla village in the Kupwara District of Jammu and Kashmir, very close to the LOC.
The school bus was handed over by the Chairman of ENTOD Pharmaceuticals, Mr Kishore Masurkar to the head teacher, in the esteemed presence of our armed forces. This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility and community development in the region.
Mr Masurkar said “Access to education remains a challenge in many remote regions of Kashmir, where children often have to walk long distances to reach their schools. Understanding the importance of reliable and safe transportation, ENTOD has provided a fully equipped school bus to facilitate daily school commutes for children, ensuring they can pursue their education without obstacles”.  He further appreciated the tremendous work done by the Indian army to run schools and hospitals in the region, and contribute to community building in the border area.
Speaking about the initiative, Mr. Nikkhil K Masurkar, CEO of ENTOD Pharmaceuticals, stated, “This initiative aligns with our broader mission to support health, education, and overall well-being in underserved communities across India, and is one of many initiatives under ENTOD’s CSR programme, which focusses on improving healthcare, education, and quality of life in disadvantaged regions. At ENTOD, we believe in giving back to society and making a meaningful impact where it matters the most.”
Last ENTOD donated a school bus and ambulance to another remote village called Machhal in the Kupwara District, which have now become the lifeline for the residents there.
