Mirzapur: The Movie has made a notable impact at the box office since its release. On its opening day, the film garnered Rs 25.75 crore, and its momentum continued on the second day with a reported increase of 20.4 per cent in collections. On Saturday, the film is estimated to have earned Rs 31 crore nett in India, bringing its two-day total to Rs 56.75 crore, according to data from the trade website Sacnilk.

The performance in theatres has been particularly strong, with the film showing in 11,256 shows across the country. This impressive turnout helped it surpass the Rs 50 crore milestone within just two days of its theatrical run. As of now, its gross collection in India stands at Rs 68.20 crore, illustrating the film’s rapid ascent in revenue.

Overseas Collections Contribute to Global Totals

In addition to its domestic success, Mirzapur: The Movie has also seen favourable results internationally. The film collected Rs 6 crore on its second day overseas, contributing to a total overseas gross of Rs 10.25 crore. Consequently, the combined global gross collection now stands at Rs 78.45 crore, marking a successful start for the film on an international scale.

The positive reception for the film is reflected in its box office performance. It reportedly received favourable reviews, which likely encouraged larger audiences to attend screenings.
